Q. Do you provide support in English?
A. Absolutely. We communicate in English and Japanese, making the entire process smooth for international clients.
Q. Can you also help with location scouting or production support?
A. Yes. In addition to permits, we can provide location coordination, fixing, and production assistance for overseas crews.
Q. Can you arrange transportation and accomodation within Japan?
A. We are happy to support your transportation and accomodation arrangements within Japan. From domestic flights to trains and vehicles, any hotels and Ryokans (Japanese traditional hotel), everything can be arranged by us.
Q. What is the Cancelation Policy?
A. 10 days before the start of the project, no cancellation fee will be charged.
10% from 9 to 4 days before. 30% from 3 to 2 days before. 50% the day before. 100% on the day.
Making estimate and Pre-research are not charged before the project has started.
Once the project has started, you will be charged even if you cancel in the middle of a research.
Q. How can I pay you? Can I pay in currencies other than JPY?
A. We accept USD or EURO too. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, or cash. Unfortunatelly credit card payment is not accepted. We have to ask you to cover for any overseas remittance or exchange fees.
Q. What areas of Japan do you cover?
A. We provide support nationwide—including Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and other major cities.
